Our free UK delivery service will generally mean that your order will arrive the day after you place the order if placed between Monday and Friday before 4pm, however, on the rare occasion, orders may take longer to arrive.

DPD Delivery

DPD deliveries aim to be delivered the next working day when placed before 4pm Monday - Thursday.

Saturday delivery is available between 4pm Thursday and 4pm Friday. Sunday Delivery is available from 4pm Friday to 1:30pm Saturday.

You will receive an email allowing you to track your delivery once it has been dispatched. Next Day delivery is not guaranteed in certain outlying areas (please see below).

We continue to prepare orders for dispatch on Sundays and Bank Holidays; if you receive a dispatch confirmation on one of these days, your order will be sent the next working day.

Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands

Where possible we will dispatch orders to offshore locations and the Highlands using Royal Mail 1st Class Post and other delivery Services, but please allow a little more time for them to arrive. DPD Services to Scottish Highland & Island areas is a 2 day service.

DPD services are not available in Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands; Royal Mail Signed-For will be offered instead.

When will my order arrive?

If you order by 4pm on a week day your order will dispatch the same day. Our Royal Mail standard delivery method means your order should arrive next working day from dispatch date (and this is the case 90% of the time), but please wait 5 working days before contacting us. If you need it quicker, you can select a faster delivery method (eg DPD Next Day) in the checkout under "Shipping Method". For more information, click the Delivery Tab.

What is Electric Tobacconist Returns Policy?

The Electric Tobacconist Ltd abides by the Distance Selling Act (2000). If, once you have purchased items from us, you decide you no longer want them, then you have 28 calendar days in which to return them and we will refund them in full within 28 days of the cancellation date (including any postage and packing paid) as long as the packaging remains unopened. This excludes e-liquids, clearomizers and disposables.

What's the difference between a vape kit, a vape pen, an all-in-one and a pod mod?

Names are often manufacturer-led, but in general, there's not really any difference between a vape pen and a vape kit, except a vape pen tends to look more like a pen!

A pod mod tends to be the more modern version of the above, whereas vape kits and vape pens have clearomizer tanks that need refilling, pod mods have pods (capsules) that are pre-filled (either by the user, or as they come) and are taken off and replaced as and when needed.

All-In-One (AIO) kits are similar to vape pens but rather than using removable tanks, the battery and tank is one combined unit.

What is the warranty on disposable e-cigarettes?

Disposable vapes are covered by a 7 day (from order date) dead-on-arrival warranty as they are consumable oral products. Please note: Our puff counts are merely estimates supplied by the manufacturer. We cannot offer refunds on disposable e-cigarettes failing to meet these estimated number of puffs.

As an ex- smoker I need something that feels as close to a real cigarette as possible - this product is literally the only disposable (and non disposable) e- cig that has the shape and feel of a real cigarette even down to the amount of vapour that comes out! It’s fantastic and the only thing I buy when I need a cigarette now! Plus the flavour is amazing!

Amazing build quality, I almost felt bad when I had to throw it away (disposable). The packaging is beautiful and would make a perfect little present for friends who need a small pick-me-up. Smooth build, elegant body, and cannot wait to take on a night out because it’s so cute and aesthetic. The flavour was very cool and refreshing, the menthol(?) icy feeling goes all the way into your lungs, and was a weird sensation at first. The bubblegum was sweet and almost felt like it was in my mouth. I would definitely buy again several times over. Not sure if it was just me but managed to last one night of heavy use. Just wished it lasted longer : (

Bubblegum Ice is a very nice flavour indeed, if bubblegum is your thing. I like how the product is similar to a cigarette in shape, makes quitting smoking easier. Reasonably priced and even more so with the 2 for 1 deal that was active when i purchased.

I didnt know what to expect with this flavour as i love bubblegum but dont like menthol/ice flavours in my vapes but had to give it a try and i am so pleased i did as it tastes amazing!
Tastes exactly like that traditional pink bubblegum i used to get when i was a kid and yes, you can taste the ice/menthol in it but its only quite mild in comparison to some and it doesnt take away from the bubblegum flavour which is just delicious!
Have already ordered more of these, very happy with them they last for days too .. great prduct!
