Our free UK delivery service will generally mean that your order will arrive the day after you place the order if placed between Monday and Friday before 4pm, however, on the rare occasion, orders may take longer to arrive.

DPD Delivery

DPD deliveries aim to be delivered the next working day when placed before 4pm Monday - Thursday.

Saturday delivery is available between 4pm Thursday and 4pm Friday. Sunday Delivery is available from 4pm Friday to 1:30pm Saturday.

You will receive an email allowing you to track your delivery once it has been dispatched. Next Day delivery is not guaranteed in certain outlying areas (please see below).

We continue to prepare orders for dispatch on Sundays and Bank Holidays; if you receive a dispatch confirmation on one of these days, your order will be sent the next working day.

Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands

Where possible we will dispatch orders to offshore locations and the Highlands using Royal Mail 1st Class Post and other delivery Services, but please allow a little more time for them to arrive. DPD Services to Scottish Highland & Island areas is a 2 day service.

DPD services are not available in Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands; Royal Mail will be offered instead.

FAQ

When will my order arrive?

If you order by 4pm on a week day your order will dispatch the same day. Our Royal Mail standard delivery method means your order should arrive next working day from dispatch date (and this is the case 90% of the time), but please wait 5 working days before contacting us. If you need it quicker, you can select a faster delivery method (eg DPD Next Day) in the checkout under "Shipping Method". For more information, click the Delivery Tab.

What is Electric Tobacconist Returns Policy?

The Electric Tobacconist Ltd abides by the Distance Selling Act (2000). If, once you have purchased items from us, you decide you no longer want them, then you have 28 calendar days in which to return them and we will refund them in full within 28 days of the cancellation date (including any postage and packing paid) as long as the packaging remains unopened. This excludes e-liquids, clearomizers and disposables.

What is the warranty on disposable e-cigarettes?

Disposable vapes are covered by a 7 day (from order date) dead-on-arrival warranty as they are consumable oral products. Please note: Our puff counts are merely estimates supplied by the manufacturer. We cannot offer refunds on disposable e-cigarettes failing to meet these estimated number of puffs.

This flavour is really nice, happy its not got ice or menthol added to it as i prefer my vape without.
I thought the pastry/foody taste would stand out a bit more with this flavour as it does with the strawberry macaroon flavour, but it does have a really zingy fruity lemon taste to it and it is still really nice, i would buy it again plus the device is well built, doesnt leak, its easy to use and doesnt leak unlike some other brands and it lasts me 3 plus days of regular use :) i highly recommend these :)

Bought two of these a few weeks back, thought they were fantastic, amazing flavour, lasted quite a while, unfortunately i re ordered a few more, and these were a big disappointment, lemon tart one had virtually no flavour and the battery gave up after barely half a day, such a shame as loved the ones i first had, but wont be ordering these again after the latest ones i had...

Taste good 2 4 1 price is good if u want a portable vape that's really slim. Also vaper production is good comparable to some starter mods a couple of years ago.
I would recommend this to any1 who wants to try vaping or wants something small to go out with.

I was knocked over from this flavor... It tastes like you are eating your favour lemon cake or tart... You can actually taste the crust... And I love the fact that it is not an it or menthol back taste.
