Items broken on arrival

We take extra care when packing and packaging orders, so this is rare, but it can happen. If it does, email us at help@electrictobacconist.co.uk stating the item(s) that are damaged and we'll get it sorted as a matter of urgency. We have a freepost returns address which you may be required to send us back any faulty goods, but in many cases we'll just send out replacements so that you don't have to wait.
