About Joyetech EX Coil Heads

Joyetech EX Coils are NiChrome coil heads intended for use in Joyetech Exceed products, and are available in two resistances: the 0.5ohm EX coil is rated at 20-35W, and is best used at 28W for a flavour-filled direct-to-lung vaping experience, while the 1.2ohm coil is rated at 8-14W, and is best used at 12W for mouth-to-lung vaping.

Sub ohm coil heads are to only be used with compatible devices. Check your device's manual for compatibility.

UK Delivery

All orders placed before 4pm Mon-Fri and 11am Saturday are dispatched same day via Royal Mail First Class (Royal Mail 24) delivery service. Excludes Bank Holidays.
UK Delivery is free with all UK orders £10 and over.
Delivery is £1.99 on orders under £10.
UK orders over £49 are sent out via Royal Mail First Class Signed For (free of charge to the customer).
UK Orders over £100 are sent via DPD Next Day or Saturday Delivery free of charge

Our free UK delivery service will generally mean that your order will arrive the day after you place the order if placed between Monday and Friday before 4pm, however, on the rare occasion, orders may take up to 7 days to arrive. Please note that Royal Mail do not deliver on Sundays.

DPD Next Day Delivery - £4.99
DPD deliveries aim to be delivered the next working day when placed before 4pm Monday - Thursday. You will receive an email allowing you to track your delivery once it has been dispatched. Next Day delivery is not guaranteed in certain outlying areas (please see below) and deliveries do not take place on Bank Holidays.

DPD Saturday Delivery - £6.99

Available between 4pm Thursday and 4pm Friday. Same terms as above apply.

DPD Sunday Delivery - £6.99

Available between 4pm Friday and 1:30pm Saturday.

Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands - Where possible we will dispatch orders to offshore locations and the Highlands using Royal Mail 1st Class Post and other delivery services, but please allow a little more time for them to arrive. DPD Services to Scottish Highland & Island areas will be a 2 day service.

DPD services are not available in Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands; Royal Mail Signed-For will be offered instead.

European Delivery

Deliveries to Europe are free with orders over £150, £5.99 for orders between £50 and £150, or £9.99 for orders under £50. Orders to Europe typically take 4 to 7 working days but on occasion they may take longer.

We can only ship to certain countries within Europe, these are:

Germany
Ireland
Netherlands
Slovakia

Sweden

We do not ship outside of Europe.

FAQ

When will my order arrive?

If you order by 4pm on a week day your order will despatch the same day. Our Royal Mail standard delivery method means your order should arrive next working day from despatch date (and this is the case 90% of the time), but please wait 7 days before contacting us. If you need it quicker, you can select a faster delivery method (eg Royal Mail Next Day Guaranteed) in the checkout under "Shipping Method". For more information, click the Delivery Tab.

What is Electric Tobacconist® Returns Policy?

The Electric Tobacconist® Ltd abides by the Distance Selling Act (2000). If, once you have purchased items from us, you decide you no longer want them, then you have 28 calendar days in which to return them and we will refund them in full within 28 days of the cancellation date (including any postage and packing paid) as long as the packaging remains unopened. This excludes e-liquids, clearomizers and disposables.

What do resistance (ohm) levels mean?

Lower resistance coils:

stronger throat hit
more heat
more vapour
uses up more battery life
uses more e-liquid

Higher resistance coils:

smoother throat hit
less heat
less vapour
uses up less battery life
uses less e-liquid

Sub Ohm coils:

This means the resistance level is below 1ohm (which requires a high-powered) and produces larger amounts of vapour and often more intense flavours.

What is Sub Ohm vaping?

Sub-ohm simply means the resistance of the atomiser coil is below 1.0 ohm. Sub-ohm coils are generally larger and therefore can utilise more power and cover a greater area of wick - a combination which results in massive vapour production. A high-powered device paired with a sub-ohm tank is required for sub ohm vaping (a separate high-drain battery may also be required - e.g. the Samsung 25R 18650).

"Direct-to-lung" is the suggested vaping style for most sub-ohm devices (as opposed to "mouth-to-lung" - i.e. how a traditional cigarette would be smoked).

High-VG (over 60% VG), low nicotine (6mg or lower) e-liquid is recommended when using sub-ohm devices.

I’ve read reviews on here stating they do not last long before burning out, in my opinion I think they last ages!
Well worth it.

This is the second pack of coils I’ve bought from this site, the first pack was fine, lasted me a while. The second packet the coils have burned out a lot quicker than they should have. I’ve gone through all 5 coils in the space of two weeks and that was because I actually stopped using the vape! I always treat my coils/vape with care so at first I thought the burn out was my fault but the next one as soon as it was changed, it burnt straight out!
