Our free UK delivery service will generally mean that your order will arrive the day after you place the order if placed between Monday and Friday before 4pm, however, on the rare occasion, orders may take longer to arrive.

Orders over £75 will be sent Royal Mail Signed-For.

DPD Delivery

DPD deliveries aim to be delivered the next working day when placed before 4pm Monday - Thursday.

Saturday delivery is available between 4pm Thursday and 4pm Friday. Sunday Delivery is available from 4pm Friday to 1:30pm Saturday.

You will receive an email allowing you to track your delivery once it has been dispatched. Next Day delivery is not guaranteed in certain outlying areas (please see below).

We continue to prepare orders for dispatch on Sundays and Bank Holidays; if you receive a dispatch confirmation on one of these days, your order will be sent the next working day.

Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands

Where possible we will dispatch orders to offshore locations and the Highlands using Royal Mail 1st Class Post and other delivery Services, but please allow a little more time for them to arrive. DPD Services to Scottish Highland & Island areas is a 2 day service.

DPD services are not available in Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands; Royal Mail Signed-For will be offered instead.

FAQ

When will my order arrive?

If you order by 4pm on a week day your order will dispatch the same day. Our Royal Mail standard delivery method means your order should arrive next working day from dispatch date (and this is the case 90% of the time), but please wait 5 working days before contacting us. If you need it quicker, you can select a faster delivery method (eg DPD Next Day) in the checkout under "Shipping Method". For more information, click the Delivery Tab.

What is Electric Tobacconist Returns Policy?

The Electric Tobacconist Ltd abides by the Distance Selling Act (2000). If, once you have purchased items from us, you decide you no longer want them, then you have 28 calendar days in which to return them and we will refund them in full within 28 days of the cancellation date (including any postage and packing paid) as long as the packaging remains unopened. This excludes e-liquids, clearomizers and disposables.

What is the warranty on cartomizers/pods?

Refills sold by The Electric Tobacconist are orally consumable items and are not covered by a warranty. However, if deemed to be faulty we may replace them at our discretion if contacted within 7 days of order date. Please note: the majority of seemingly faulty cartomizers are in fact related to the battery not being powerful enough to heat the liquid inside the cartomizer (ie the battery has lost power overtime and probably needs replacing). This in turn gives the impression that the cartomizer is empty. It can also create an 'undercooked' vapour flavour which may be very different from what you are used to.

The flavour here is simply spectacular, the berry is sweet but not artificially, like a freshly squeezed fruit from the source. The mint is truly whimsical, reminds me of my childhood. It's a 10, only made better by the fact it's delivered and discounted be EC. Much love.

Have tried other vapes and never really liked them but I am getting on okay with the logic compact and have cut my cigarette consumption by half (I did not intend to completely stop with the cigarettes) The berry mint has a really nice taste which I enjoy and two pods for £5 and a pod lasts me a week which is much cheaper than my usual brand of cigarettes.
Was struggling to get the 12mg refills locally as all I could get was 18mg which I can't smoke as they are too strong. Ordered from electrictobacconist and received the next day.
