Royal Mail Delivery

Our free UK delivery service will generally mean that your order will arrive the day after you place the order if placed between Monday and Friday before 4pm, however, on the rare occasion, orders may take longer to arrive.

DPD Delivery

DPD deliveries aim to be delivered the next working day when placed before 4pm Monday - Thursday.

Saturday delivery is available between 4pm Thursday and 4pm Friday. Sunday Delivery is available from 4pm Friday to 1:30pm Saturday.

You will receive an email allowing you to track your delivery once it has been dispatched. Next Day delivery is not guaranteed in certain outlying areas (please see below).

We continue to prepare orders for dispatch on Sundays and Bank Holidays; if you receive a dispatch confirmation on one of these days, your order will be sent the next working day.

Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands

Where possible we will dispatch orders to offshore locations and the Highlands using Royal Mail 1st Class Post and other delivery Services, but please allow a little more time for them to arrive. DPD Services to Scottish Highland & Island areas is a 2 day service.

DPD services are not available in Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands; Royal Mail will be offered instead.

FAQ

When will my order arrive?

If you order by 4pm on a week day your order will dispatch the same day. Our Royal Mail standard delivery method means your order should arrive next working day from dispatch date (and this is the case 90% of the time), but please wait 5 working days before contacting us. If you need it quicker, you can select a faster delivery method (eg DPD Next Day) in the checkout under "Shipping Method". For more information, click the Delivery Tab.

What is Electric Tobacconist Returns Policy?

The Electric Tobacconist Ltd abides by the Distance Selling Act (2000). If, once you have purchased items from us, you decide you no longer want them, then you have 28 calendar days in which to return them and we will refund them in full within 28 days of the cancellation date (including any postage and packing paid) as long as the packaging remains unopened. This excludes e-liquids, clearomizers and disposables.

What is the warranty on disposable e-cigarettes?

Disposable vapes are covered by a 7 day (from order date) dead-on-arrival warranty as they are consumable oral products. Please note: Our puff counts are merely estimates supplied by the manufacturer. We cannot offer refunds on disposable e-cigarettes failing to meet these estimated number of puffs.

Excellent product and amazing company. I have purchased the pen in Apple Blow and Tabacco flavour and it really helped me cut down smoking. It's still early days but I am sure that after 15 years of smoking, with the help of the products supplied by this company I will be able to give up completely. It's a great-tasting smoke and the device works well. I do find that it doesn't last the longest though, I actually went through the singular stick in merely a few hours. Saying that though, I am a fairly regular smoker in any case. I'd say it's perfect for those who want a single-use device for the evening and don't smoke that regularly.
