Royal Mail Delivery

Our free UK delivery service will generally mean that your order will arrive the day after you place the order if placed between Monday and Friday before 4pm, however, on the rare occasion, orders may take longer to arrive.

DPD Delivery

DPD deliveries aim to be delivered the next working day when placed before 4pm Monday - Thursday.

Saturday delivery is available between 4pm Thursday and 4pm Friday. Sunday Delivery is available from 4pm Friday to 1:30pm Saturday.

You will receive an email allowing you to track your delivery once it has been dispatched. Next Day delivery is not guaranteed in certain outlying areas (please see below).

We continue to prepare orders for dispatch on Sundays and Bank Holidays; if you receive a dispatch confirmation on one of these days, your order will be sent the next working day.

Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands

Where possible we will dispatch orders to offshore locations and the Highlands using Royal Mail 1st Class Post and other delivery Services, but please allow a little more time for them to arrive. DPD Services to Scottish Highland & Island areas is a 2 day service.

DPD services are not available in Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands; Royal Mail will be offered instead.

FAQ

When will my order arrive?

If you order by 4pm on a week day your order will dispatch the same day. Our Royal Mail standard delivery method means your order should arrive next working day from dispatch date (and this is the case 90% of the time), but please wait 5 working days before contacting us. If you need it quicker, you can select a faster delivery method (eg DPD Next Day) in the checkout under "Shipping Method". For more information, click the Delivery Tab.

What is Electric Tobacconist Returns Policy?

The Electric Tobacconist Ltd abides by the Distance Selling Act (2000). If, once you have purchased items from us, you decide you no longer want them, then you have 28 calendar days in which to return them and we will refund them in full within 28 days of the cancellation date (including any postage and packing paid) as long as the packaging remains unopened. This excludes e-liquids, clearomizers and disposables.

What is the warranty on disposable e-cigarettes?

Disposable vapes are covered by a 7 day (from order date) dead-on-arrival warranty as they are consumable oral products. Please note: Our puff counts are merely estimates supplied by the manufacturer. We cannot offer refunds on disposable e-cigarettes failing to meet these estimated number of puffs.

The higher nicotine content of beco bars compared to other disposable vapes is a commendable feature. The pomberry flavour is enjoyable and fruity. Lasts a surprisingly long time aswell. Its rectangular shape is somewhat less favourable to cylindrical alternatives but still a good product. Reasonably priced, especially with the deal for 5 that was running when I places my order.

Lovely sweet mellow flavour, not as strong as some of the other flavours but still really nice.
I love these devices because although you can still feel that familiar throat hit you get with a cigarette, its lovely and smooth and doesnt make you cough or make your throat feel tickly like some devices do.
These have helped me quit cigarettes, i havent smoked for nearly 6 months now and it is totally down to these!
Highly recommend them!
