Royal Mail Delivery

Our free UK delivery service will generally mean that your order will arrive the day after you place the order if placed between Monday and Friday before 3pm, however, on the rare occasion, orders may take longer to arrive.

We continue to prepare orders for dispatch on Sundays and Bank Holidays; if you receive a dispatch confirmation on one of these days, your order will be sent the next working day.

Orders over £75 will be sent Royal Mail Signed-For.

DPD Delivery

DPD deliveries aim to be delivered the next working day when placed before 3pm Monday - Thursday.

Saturday delivery is available between 3pm Thursday and 3pm Friday. Sunday Delivery is available from 3pm Friday to 1:30pm Saturday.

You will receive an email allowing you to track your delivery once it has been dispatched. Next Day delivery is not guaranteed in certain outlying areas (please see below).

Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands

Where possible we will dispatch orders to offshore locations and the Highlands using Royal Mail 1st Class Post and other delivery Services, but please allow a little more time for them to arrive. DPD Services to Scottish Highland & Island areas is a 2 day service.

DPD services are not available in Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands; Royal Mail Signed-For will be offered instead.

FAQ

When will my order arrive?

If you order by 3pm on a week day your order will dispatch the same day. Our Royal Mail standard delivery method means your order should arrive next working day from dispatch date (and this is the case 90% of the time), but please wait 5 working days before contacting us. If you need it quicker, you can select a faster delivery method (eg DPD Next Day) in the checkout under "Shipping Method". For more information, click the Delivery Tab.

What is Electric Tobacconist Returns Policy?

The Electric Tobacconist Ltd abides by the Distance Selling Act (2000). If, once you have purchased items from us, you decide you no longer want them, then you have 28 calendar days in which to return them and we will refund them in full within 28 days of the cancellation date (including any postage and packing paid) as long as the packaging remains unopened. This excludes e-liquids, clearomizers and disposables.

What is the warranty on disposable e-cigarettes?

Disposable vapes are covered by a 7 day (from order date) dead-on-arrival warranty as they are consumable oral products. Please note: Our puff counts are merely estimates supplied by the manufacturer. We cannot offer refunds on disposable e-cigarettes failing to meet these estimated number of puffs.

I like them but the last few orders, I don't seem to get as many puffs out of them. Sometimes they only last a day and I don't use them heavily. To be honest, I nearly didn't reorder due to this but I did and I am a little disappointed in them. Dispatch and delivery is always brilliant though.

Having tried E-Cigarettes before, although not this type, I was rather afraid I would be disappointed. Not so. This was so easy to use straightaway, once I had managed to wrest it from it's excellent packing. It looks like a normal cigarette and, even if a little heavier to hold, fits into a normal size cigarette packet which, as I am using them to cut down rather than stop smoking, is a real plus. The soft filter is much nicer and I am now on my third day of use, although to be fair I am interspersing it with real cigs. All in all I would say this is great value for money.

Good quality and great taste. One of the best disposable vapes available. Price is reasonable for what you get. The battery life is ok, you get half a day to a day depending on how heavy you use this. I would not however recommend this for heavy vapours other than an emergency back up vape.
