Fruza E-Liquid: A Flavour Review
If you’ve ever tried to find a good fruit nic salt, you’ll know the struggle. Half of them taste thin and watery, the other half are so overloaded with sweetener they wreck your coil in three days and leave your mouth feeling like you’ve inhaled syrup. That’s why Fruza caught my attention.
Their approach feels different: less sugar rush, more clarity; less “candy shop”, more actual fruit. Crucially for everyday vaping, the flavours stay clean and consistent instead of turning sickly after a few inhales. After spending time properly testing the full Fruza nic salt range in my OXVA NeXlim pod kit – all in 5mg strength – here’s my honest breakdown of how each flavour performs, what they really taste like, and which ones are worth adding to your rotation. I’ve ranked them from least favourite to favourite, based on balance, vapeability and how enjoyable they remain over time.
Let’s get into it.

10. Grape Guava Slush
I’ll start off by saying this: I’m not a grape flavour person. This one leans heavily into that classic artificial grape profile. It’s sweet, it’s bold, and it’s very recognisable. For some people, that nostalgic grape hit is exactly what they want. For me, it dominates the entire blend. The cooling and sweetness are actually well balanced, and I can see what they were aiming for with the slushie vibe. It’s refreshing, but it’s just not a flavour I personally connect with. If you love strong grape-flavoured e-liquids, you’ll rate this much higher than I did.

9. Mandarin Mango Freeze
While tropical flavours, especially mango, aren’t usually my thing, this one is easily one of the most flavour-intense in the range. Even on the first few puffs, before the coil has fully saturated, the mango comes through strong. It’s rich, sweet and very present. There’s a noticeable cooling layer over the top, and I picked up something slightly warm or spiced in the background, which adds complexity but also makes it more polarising. For mango fans, this will probably be a winner. For me, while it was one of the best mango-flavoured e-liquids I’ve tried, it felt a little too sweet.

8. Grape Razz Lemonade
Again, grape takes centre stage here. I did get a touch of raspberry sweetness in the background, but the lemonade element was quite subtle to my palate. The grape is smooth and slightly tangy, and it’s definitely less sharp than Grape Guava Slush. It’s not unpleasant at all – it’s actually quite easy to vape – but because grape dominates, it didn’t quite win me over. If you enjoy grape blends with a berry twist, this one is more balanced of the two grape options.

7. Cherry Raspberry Ice
This one intrigued me. When I first opened the bottle, there wasn’t much of a noticeable smell. On the first few puffs, I picked up something floral – almost reminiscent of parma violets – which won’t be everyone’s favourite. The base feels raspberry-led, with cherry adding sweetness and body. The ice is strong at first, but once my palate adjusted, more of the fruitiness came through and the blend felt smoother. It’s layered, it has depth, and it’s definitely not flat. For me, the cooling became a little intense over longer sessions, but I can absolutely see this appealing to berry lovers who enjoy a bold icy finish.

6. Mrs Blue
This one grew on me. Initially, I found it quite simple – blueberry forward, slightly sweet, with very muted cooling compared to the rest of the range. After a few puffs, though, more depth started to come through. There’s a subtle complexity underneath – possibly darker berry notes – and just a faint hint of something slightly floral or herbal in the background (maybe aniseed). What I liked most is that the ice doesn’t overpower it. It’s much more balanced. I do think it’s one I’d enjoy in shorter bursts rather than constant all-day use, but it’s smooth and well put together.

5. Pineapple Ice Pop
This one made an impression straight away. The cooling is intense. Properly intense. If you vape this straight after brushing your teeth, you’ll know about it. That said, once I got used to it, the pineapple sweetness started to come forward more. It genuinely tastes like a frozen pineapple ice pop – sharp, chilled and refreshing. If you love fruit and ice bar e-liquid flavours, you’ll really enjoy this. It’s bold, unapologetic and very fresh.

4. Double Melon Breeze
Despite the name, this is more than a “breeze”. It’s cool, crisp and slightly spearmint-leaning in the way it hits. The melon sweetness is there, especially as you keep vaping, and it actually gets smoother and slightly sweeter over time. I found it much more enjoyable once the coil had fully saturated. It has that refreshing, almost toothpaste-clean vibe, but in a good way. Not my usual flavour profile, yet I ended up liking it more than I expected.

3. Double Menthol
If you want pure menthol, this delivers. It’s strong, cooling and instantly refreshing. I picked up peppermint with subtle spearmint sweetness underneath, and it genuinely gives that clear-airways sensation. Menthol isn’t normally my everyday choice, but I can’t fault how clean and effective this is. For menthol fans, this will absolutely hit the mark.

2. Watermelon Bubble Blast
This one surprised me in the best way. Watermelon flavours can sometimes taste artificial, but this genuinely reminded me of a juicy watermelon sweet. The bubblegum note adds sweetness and nostalgia without turning it sickly. There’s just the slightest hint of ice, which keeps it refreshing without overwhelming the fruit. It’s smooth, sweet and very easy to vape. I wasn’t expecting to love it as much as I did, but it’s one I kept reaching for.

1. Pink Citrus Crush
This is the standout for me. It tastes exactly like pink lemonade – zesty, slightly sweet and perfectly balanced. The citrus notes are bright without being sour, and the cooling enhances the freshness rather than overpowering it. Nothing feels too intense. Nothing feels muted – it just works. Out of the entire Fruza range, this is the one I could comfortably vape all day without getting tired of it.

My Overall Thought on Fruza Nic Salts
After testing the full range, I’d say Fruza excels at cooling-forward fruit blends. The ice is noticeable across most flavours, so if you enjoy that crisp, bar-style freshness, you’ll appreciate the consistency.
What I respect most is that none of them taste thin or watered down. Even the ones that weren’t personal favourites still deliver strong, clear flavour.
If you prefer bold chill, Pineapple Ice Pop or Double Menthol are solid picks. If you want sweetness with balance, Watermelon Bubble Blast is a great option. If you’re after brightness and refreshment, Pink Citrus Crush is easily my top recommendation.
Taste is subjective, but I always prefer being honest – and overall, Fruza delivers quality nic salts with real flavour impact.
