The Electric Tobacconist is a 21st-century tobacconist, offering a one-stop shop for all your e-cigarette and vaping supplies. Launched back in July 2013, we’ve come from humble beginnings, but are proud to say we have shipped over a million orders to customers across the globe since then!
Our unwavering focus on customer satisfaction has made us one of the biggest online vape shops in the UK. The ultimate goal of the UKVIA is to maximise the amount of trusted and researched information surrounding vaping, with the vision of helping more and more of the 6 million smokers in the UK to quit for good. The UKVIA gather information from the growing body of research-based evidence to help the public, the government and the media to form a coherent and objective view on what can be achieved if electronic cigarettes were fully understood for their health-related benefits. Given the exponential rate at which the industry is expanding in the UK, we’re proud to be a part of the regulated growth supported by the UKVIA and their work.
In May 2016, the Tobacco Products Directive, commonly termed TPD, was introduced to regulate the quality and safety of nicotine-containing e-cigarettes in the UK. At the Electric Tobacconist, we ensure all relevant products are TPD compliant and regularly check and review new batches and shipments to ensure the guidelines are upheld.
