Detailed Warranty Terms
Please find below more detailed warranty terms along with examples of what is and what is not covered.
1. Vape Kits & Devices (Including Heated Tobacco)
- Warranty Period: 6 Months
- What’s Covered: Unexplained product malfunction, screen failures, or charging port issues that occur under normal use.
- What’s Not Covered: Accidental damage, water/liquid damage (leaky e-liquid entering the chipset), standard battery degradation (lithium batteries have a finite lifespan) , or general cosmetic wear and tear.
2. Tanks, Empty Pods & Coils
- Warranty Period: 7-Day Dead On Arrival (DOA)
- What’s Covered: Manufacturing defects noticed before or immediately upon first use (e.g., broken glass, missing seals, a coil/pod that registers as a "short circuit" on first fire/doesn't work at all).
- What’s Not Covered: Burnt-out coils. The lifespan of a coil or pod depends entirely on user behaviour, the thickness of the e-liquid used, and whether the coil was properly primed. Therefore, once these items are filled and used, they are excluded from standard warranty coverage.
3. E-Liquids, Prefilled Pods, Cartomizers & Tobacco Sticks
- Warranty Period: Limited 7-Day
- What’s Covered: Refills not working on first use, broken seals inside the box, significant leaking prior to opening, or receiving the incorrect nicotine strength/flavour.
- What’s Not Covered: We cannot offer warranties or returns on opened e-liquids or prefilled pods for strict health, safety, and hygiene reasons. We also cannot accept returns based on personal taste preferences (taste is subjective, after all!).
4. Charging Plugs, Cables & Accessories
- Warranty Period: 12 Months
- What’s Covered: Internal electrical failure (e.g., a cable that stops drawing power despite no visible external damage).
- What’s Not Covered: Frayed wires, bent USB heads from being yanked out of a socket, or damage caused by using the accessory with incompatible high-amperage hardware (like laptop fast-chargers).
What is Strictly Excluded Across All Products?
- Fair wear and tear: e.g. Batteries degrading naturally over time; paint chipping, scuffs and dents from use or storage.
- Improper Charging: e.g. Charging a device with a smartphone/tablet "fast charger" instead of a standard 1A/5V wall plug or PC USB port.
- User Modifications: e.g. Attempting to open the casing or self-repair the internals of a device.
- Negligence: e.g. Leaving devices in extreme heat (like a hot car) or failing to clean leaked e-liquid out of the device's connection pins.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If your item has developed a genuine fault, don't panic! Here is how to get it sorted:
- Get in touch: Contact our customer service team via our help desk with your order number.
- Describe & Document: Briefly explain the issue. For hardware or leaking issues, attaching a quick smartphone video or photograph often speeds up the process significantly.
- Return for Assessment: If we can’t troubleshoot it remotely, we will provide instructions on how to return the item to us. We provide free return postage & collections via Royal Mail 48.
Vape Safety
Using your e-cigarette correctly ensures a safe vaping experience and drastically extends the lifespan of your device, saving you money on early replacements. Follow our core safety rules for daily use and storage.
Safe Charging Practices
- Use the Right Gear: Only charge your device using the cable provided and a recommended 1A/5V wall plug.
- Never Leave Unattended: Do not leave devices or batteries charging overnight or while you are out of the house.
- Don't Overcharge: Unplug your device once the battery indicator shows it is fully charged.
E-Liquid Handling & Storage
- Storage: Store your e-liquids in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and high temperatures. Natural discolouration over time is normal and does not affect quality.
- Keep Out of Reach: Always store e-liquids entirely out of reach of children and pets.
- Health & Suitability: E-liquids containing nicotine must not be used by anyone under 18. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have an unstable heart condition, seek medical advice before using nicotine products.
First Aid & Disposal: E-liquid can be toxic if swallowed or absorbed through the skin. In case of accidental skin contact, wash immediately with plenty of water. If you feel unwell or swallow e-liquid, seek medical advice immediately, keeping the product packaging handy for the doctor. Dispose of empty bottles responsibly in accordance with local recycling guidelines.
What to Do in the Event of "Auto-Firing"
Auto-firing happens when a device continues to supply power to the coil even when you aren't pressing the button. This is usually caused by e-liquid leaking into the internal fire switch.
- For Removable Tanks/Pods: Immediately detach the tank or pod from the battery to break the electrical connection.
- For Closed/Auto-Draw Systems: If you cannot remove the pod easily, try blowing firmly into the mouthpiece to release the internal air-pressure switch.
Responsible Disposable Vape Recycling
Disposable vapes contain valuable lithium batteries and plastics that should never end up in general household waste. Once empty, please store them safely and take them to a dedicated e-cigarette recycling bin, a local household recycling centre, or any retail point operating under the UK WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) regulations.
Small Parts Warning
Please be aware that vape kits, pods, and replacement components consist of small parts. Keep them safely away from children and pets as they present a serious choking hazard.
