How can I get in touch with the Customer Care Team?

At The Electric Tobacconist® we aim to make your e-cigarette shopping as easy as possible, but for some queries you may need some help. This is why we have developed our Help Desk area.
 
We hope that this section will provide you with the answers you are looking for but if you need to contact us, we offer a 5 day a week email support service (as well as a limited weekend support service for non-technical issues). Online is what we do best at The Electric Tobacconist®, so we handle customer care enquiries mainly by email. We don't have a call centre, so we're not set up for a high volume of telephone calls - however, once we’ve received your enquiry we’re always happy to give you a call if we feel that’s the best way to resolve your query.
