My. Von Erl Key Features

  • My. Von Erl is a small portable personal vaporizer e-cigarette
  • 350mAh battery
  • Micro-USB charging cable included
  • Comes with one free Tabak flavor (Tobacco) 18mg/ml 'liquidpod' refill
  • 'No fuss', push-fit refill system

About My. Von Erl:

The next generation of e-cigarettes is here. Fusing the portability of a cig-a-like with the power of an e-liquid kit, the My. Von Erl is the perfect device for those that favour a small, easy-to-use e-cigarette. Similar in style the the Vype ePen, this small, but perfectly formed personal vaporizer is crafted from high quality anodised aluminium, the My. Von Erl manages to offer excellent durability while being incredibly light, making it quite possibly, pound-for-pound, one of the most powerful e-cigarettes available.

Ease of use is also a big part of My. Von Erl's allure, its "push-fit" refill system means there's no mess when it comes to refilling your e-cigarette; simply discard the expended 'Liquidpod' and replace it with a fresh one.

  • Product dimensions: approx. 103mm x 17mm.

The petite form-factor makes it suitable to carry it in any pocket or bag - and don't worry about it accidentally firing, its draw-activated design means there's no button that can be inadvertently pushed when not in use.

Battery Life of the My. Von Erl:

It may only contain a relatively small 350mAh battery, however due to the wizardry performed by Von Erl's expert engineers, the My. Von Erl will last you around 4 hours of regular vaping - possibly even longer! We've found that you can get up to 8 hours use when having to limit your vaping time due to work or other commitments.

Set Up and Charging your My. Von Erl:

The My. Von Erl couldn't be simper to get up and running, just charge the device using the supplied Micro-USB cable. You'll know when the battery is fully charged when the light on the unit turns to green. There are 3 colour indicators that determine the level of charge remaining:

  • Green - fully charged
  • White - around 50% charge left
  • Red - it's about to run out (approx. 5 mins vaping time remaining)

Once charged, simply connect a My. Von Erl 'Liquidpod' and inhale - simple!

About My. Von Erl Liquidpod Refills:

Twelve My. Von Erl Liquidpod flavours are available from The Electric Tobacconist. Varying from classics such as Tobacco and Tobacco-Menthol to more unique blends like Ginseng Ginger and Pina Colada, the My. Von Erl has something for everybody. Each Liquidpod contains 1.6ml of e-liquid and a 1.5ohm Kanthal coil. Once your liquidpod has run out, simply discard and swap with a new one!

According to Von Erl, each Liquidpod will last approximately 300 puffs - this roughly translates to 30 traditional cigarettes (based on the assumption that each 'analogue' cigarette offers 10 puffs). The transparent tank of the Liquidpods allows you to easily see how much e-liquid is left.

Included in the My. Von Erl Vaporizer Kit:

1 x My. VON ERL. Vaporizer E-Cigarette (with a 350mAh battery)

1 x VON ERL. Classic Liquidpod (Tabak flavour 18mg/ml)

1 x USB battery charger

1 x Manual

What is Electric Tobacconist® Returns Policy?

The Electric Tobacconist® Ltd abides by the Distance Selling Act (2000). If, once you have purchased items from us, you decide you no longer want them, then you have 28 calendar days in which to return them and we will refund them in full within 28 days of the cancellation date (including any postage and packing paid) as long as the packaging remains unopened. This excludes e-liquids, clearomizers and disposables.

Does this starter kit come with everything I need to start me off?

Yes. The kit contains everything you need to start vaping once you have charged your starter kit (including a USB charger). You may want to tick the box to add a UK mains plug, though.

How do I know when the battery needs recharging?

When the LED on the end of your e-cigarette battery starts flashing, it's time to recharge it. Most e-cigarette batteries of this type should last around 2-3 hours before needing a recharge, but as the battery gets older the timeframe may be reduced.

How do I know when the battery is fully charged?

The LED on the tip should go out. This usually happens after around two hours. However, you should never charge the battery overnight or for more than four hours in one go.

How do I maintain my cigarette-style kit?

Cigarette-style kits of this type require the following upkeep:

1. Cartridge refills - one cartridge can last anything from one day to one week depending on how much you use your e-cigarette. Once they run out, you can buy new cartridges here

2. Replacement batteries: Once you notice the performance level and vapour production begin to diminish, you will also need to replace the battery. Batteries last anything from one to two months (and sometimes longer). Replacement batteries can be bought here

How do I maintain an e-liquid-style kit?

E-liquid-style kits of this type require the following upkeep:

1. E-Liquid refills - one bottle of e-liquid can last anything from a couple of days to a whole month depending on the size of the bottle and the amount you use it. Click here to see our e-liquids range. If you have a high powered sub ohm kit, you'll want to use an e-liquid with a VG content of 60% or greater. If using a low-power kit you'll want to use liquids with more than 50% PG

2. Replacement batteries: Once you notice the performance level and vapour production begin to diminish, you will also need to replace the battery. Batteries on this type of kit last anything from two to three months (and sometimes longer, depending on use). Replacement batteries can be bought here

3. Replacement clearomizers and coils: The clearomizer tank used to house your e-liquid has a small coil within it. This coil will burn out after anything from a few days to two weeks. At this point you will notice that either hardly any vapour is being produced, or there is a burnt taste to your e-liquid. If your clearomizer is of the disposable variety, you will need to replace the whole unit at this point. If it has replaceable coils, you will need to buy a new pack of coils.

A list of disposable clearomizers can be found here

A list of clearomizers with replaceable coil option can be found here

What is the warranty on this product?

This product comes with a 30 day warranty from the date of order. However, this does not cover misuse, damage or standard wear and tear.

Can I use this kit with high-strength nicotine e-liquids?

Yes, when used with coils above 1.0 ohm, this e-cigarette can be used with e-liquids that contain higher amounts of nicotine (i.e above 12mg).

Product Reviews

After sadly unable to gets my mits on a much hoped for Juul, i opted to give the Von Erl a go. And whilst perfectly happy with it's ergonomics & function (apart from a few dodgy pods) i was overall rather pleased. ... That is, however, till i found it's apparent robustness rather lacking. Now i may very well have got a dud, but short of a month in it's port bottom came apart. Which means, even after my superglueing it shut, this weakness soon dislodged it's above wires too, rendering it practically totally dead soon after.
Now seeing as Elec-Tobac were so great with prompt replacement of my previous dodgy pods, i felt unable to complain about the devices' demise so soon after. :(
So bottom line, a nice little temporary device, as long as it's not being thrown about in a pocket daily or anything - IMO it just can't take the knocks, far too fragile.
But a nice little vape while it lasted... (Methinks will be trying the 'Bo One' next, in hopes it's at least a lot tougher!)

6th November 2017 - Jules

Having tried Bo One and the Hoxton click, along with many RDAs.... for something small, easy to use.. this is the best. Ergonomically great, the only vape stick to take a standard charging adapter, nice mouth piece, easy to draw. The capsules are a little expensive compared to Bo...
If only VonErl would release a menthol capsule without tobacco flavour..this would be my vape stick of choice.
Von Erl stick with Bo Artical liquid? Perfection

30th October 2017 - Gavin Wells

I bought a BO and the My Von Erl and after a day with them both my findings are that the BO has the better tobacco flavours siting the Gold RX as my favourite, but the My Von Erl, to me is the better product. Firstly the ergonomics (how it feels in your hand) is more natural with its curved shape. The battery life appears to be better than the BO, I charged both around the same time and have had to recharge the BO before the My Von Erl, however this could be the novelty factor of keep drawing on it, but I am going between the two. As for the closed systems, i just stopped smoking a cigarette this morning, they are just what I have been waiting for and I think if you want transfer from smoking to vaping (dislike this word) then you stand far more success with one of these as they are ready to go once you insert a pod. Both the BO and My Von Erl pods can be refilled with your preferred liquid, but you may only get three refills out of them before using another empty pod as understandably, the coils havery a limited life. There are a number YouTube videos on how to do this and pulling the BO pod apart is different to pulling the My Von Erl pod apart to refill, but I have successfully refilled a BO pod. So all in all my preferred device is this.
